  • Investec Sells Carpinteria Residential Project For $10 Million
  • Investec Real Estate Companies has sold the 12-acre residential portion of Lagunitas, a fully-entitled 25-acre mixed-use residential/office development for $10 million. Located in Carpinteria, Calif., just off the 101 Freeway, less than a mile from the ocean on 6380 Via Real, the new owner expects to commence the construction of 73 homes beginning as soon as fall 2011.

  • KTGY-Designed $137 Million UC-Irvine Student Housing Project Phase III Complete
  • Construction is complete for Phase III of the $137 million East Campus Student Housing Project at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). Designed by KTGY and developed by American Campus Communities, the phase added a total of 1,760 beds to UCI's on-campus inventory plus a seven-level parking garage, bringing KTGY-designed student housing total to nearly 5,000 beds at UCI.
