KTGY’s Principal Manny Gonzalez, AIA has been invited to speak at the Southeast Building Conference on August 1 on "Multifamily Design: Latest, Greatest, Most Efficient." Gonzalez will discuss the trends in design components and the advanced technologies making their way into the multifamily market.

CA and HBA of No. CA have recognized KTGY as a finalist in six categories in the prestigious MAME Awards competition including Best Community, Best Attached Home & Best Architectural Design. Projects honored include City Square in Escondido, Calif.; Arroyo Crossing in Livermore, Calif.; and Vantage of Palo Alto in Palo Alto, Calif.
Award-winning KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, has named two new shareholders in the company’s Irvine office: Keith Labus, Principal of Studio 6; and Ken Ryan, Principal of the Community Planning and Urban Design Studio. Labus has been associated with KTGY since 2002. Ryan joined the company in 2007.
