    Data separation for departments
    The option to separate the data regarding different departments within one installation makes the Clientele software even stronger because it can now be used for several departments, such as ICT and Facility Management. As a result of this data separation, the departments cannot see one others data, however, they can handle calls concerning more than one department and combine their reporting.

    This allows for a more efficient use of the software and ensures that confidential information, such as HR-questions, is protected.

    Support Call Data Information Panel
    The user interface has once again been enhanced with several features substantially increasing its ease of use. One of these is the compact overview of data with regard to the call. This is part of the existing support call form and is interactive. It allows users to navigate easily to underlying data at the appropriate level. As a result of this, searching, scrolling and navigating to this data is no longer necessary.
