  • (1888PressRelease) April 05, 2011 - The CIO Cloud Summit team announced today that George Hamilton, Principal Analyst, Yankee Group will act as the Master of Ceremonies for the upcoming technology event, June 14-16, 2011 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

    The CIO Cloud Summit will bring together CIOs and IT executives who are currently exploring, implementing or looking to optimize cloud computing at their organizations. Event attendees will participate in interactive agenda sessions, network and make new business contacts, and learn about new technology solutions.

    George Hamilton's research focuses on cloud computing, including service orchestration and software-as-a-service, infrastructure-as-a-service and platform-as-a-service offerings. Before joining Yankee Group, he served as Director of Product Marketing for VFA.auditor, VFA Inc.'s SaaS-based facility self-assessment software, and managed product marketing and lead generation for LogMeIn's SaaS-based remote support and connectivity software targeted at enterprise IT professionals.

    Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Northeastern University and a master's degree in computer information systems from Bentley College's McCallum Graduate School of Business.
