In her new role at Builder Services, she will be responsible for the development, management, and execution of marketing programs to drive targeted awareness that generates new and nurtures leads for new home neighborhoods. In addition to strategic marketing, she will manage media relations, branding, advertising and website development /maintenance, and events.

    Bunn has more than twenty years' experience in senior marketing and management roles across the new home sales, commercial construction, and property management industries. Her extensive sales and marketing experience has been gained in positions such as Director of Marketing for Beazer Homes, Senior Marketing Manager for KB Home, Marketing Manager for Fonville Morisey BMG, and Marketing Specialist for Precision Walls, Inc.

    She is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders, the Homebuilders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, and the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council. Bunn has been the recipient of numerous sales and marketing awards by the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council (TSMC) including Chairman's Award (2002), Outstanding Effort Award (2007) and MAME Marketing Professional of the Year (2007). In 2008 she received the Marketing Director of the Year Silver Award by the National Association of Home Builders.
