- (1888PressRelease) June 09, 2025 - Vertex Crusher, a leading innovator in mobile crushing and screening solutions, has officially unveiled the VCC400RS, its latest mobile cone crusher system engineered to meet the evolving needs of high-capacity, on-site material processing in mining, quarrying, and construction industries.
The VCC400RS integrates a robust cone crusher with advanced screening and conveying systems, delivering high throughput, improved material quality, and excellent adaptability for complex terrains and applications.
At the heart of the machine is a low-energy-consumption cone crusher that offers large crushing force and high production capacity, featuring components constructed from high-strength materials to ensure reliability and extended service life.
Supporting this performance is a 22 kW feeding conveyor with a 1200 mm bandwidth and 3150 mm feeding height, ensuring consistent material supply. The system’s pre-screening unit (1.8 kW × 2, 1200 × 2000 mm) efficiently removes fines ahead of the main crushing stage, optimizing wear part longevity and output quality.
The VCC400RS also features a return material screening machine with a screen size of 1800 × 4800 mm and dual 7.5 kW motors, a return screening unit (5.5 kW, 650 mm bandwidth), and a powerful main conveyor (22 kW, 1200 mm width, 2.0 m/s belt speed). A finished product conveyor completes the system, with a 7.5 kW motor, 1200 mm width, and 2900 mm stacking height for efficient discharge and stockpiling.
The unit’s extra-heavy-duty frame ensures structural integrity, while the three-side-panel feeding hopper provides a lightweight, bucketless structure for simplified operation. Built on a Strickland-brand walking track with a 500 mm track width, the VCC400RS offers strong mobility across challenging work environments.
With a total footprint of 19 meters in length and 6 meters in height, the VCC400RS maximizes output within a compact, transportable form factor—ideal for both stationary and mobile crushing operations.
