CGT polled executives from 122 consumer goods companies of all sizes regarding their current solution or service providers across 10 technology and service categories, including Outsourcing/IT Integration. Survey participants were asked to identify their current provider and rate their satisfaction with the customer experience received. Those providers that demonstrated the largest footprint in the consumer goods industry, and the highest customer experience rating were ranked accordingly in each respective category.
