    NJ HIIT small-group training classes include high-intensity interval training, strength training, cardio conditioning, total body workouts, Zumba, and more. But NJ HIIT is about more than fitness. It's about becoming better every single day both mentally and physically by inspiring, leading, succeeding and helping one another attain and maintain healthy lifestyles. NJ HIIT integrates all aspects of well-being to help achieve balance with nutrition, rest, recovery, mind-body connectivity, physical movement and health improvement.

    After moving from their original Bloomfield location, NJ HIIT is excited to bring the group training atmosphere and philosophy to North Arlington. NJ HIIT expects to bring more fitness and health success stories from both previous and new members. The facility aims at helping people achieve their fitness and health goals in a group and team based environment.

    "At NJ HIIT, everyone is an athlete. Whether you are overweight, underweight or have a specific fitness objective, our aim is to help you achieve your goals through various exercise modalities," explains NJ HIIT co-owner Jose Soto. "We also assist you in surpassing personal goals in a shorter amount of time through monthly assessments and accountability groups. In all our classes, the Coaches offer modifications for beginners and progressions for our advanced athletes - allowing everyone to work out at their individual level in the same group class."

    NJ HIIT's member base is highly diverse, consisting of men and women from a wide array of ages and professions. Members include students, doctors, entrepreneurs, teachers, engineers, state troopers, firefighters, and police officers among others. With over a quarter of their membership being 1st Responders and Veterans, NJ HIIT host fitness programs for those in the service and those wanting to pass the fitness exams for local, state and government jobs.

    NJ HIIT features a 7,700sq ft open floor format which allows for different class setups throughout the day. Classes begin at 6:00am with the final class starting at 8:15pm. Membership options are available at monthly rates in addition to individual and class pass bundles. Military, 1st Responders and Student discounts are available with a valid ID.

    About NJ HIIT
    Owners Jose Soto and Lou Urbano are Marine Corps veterans who deployed together in 2006. Having a passion for physical fitness, Jose and Lou decided to combine the camaraderie and teamwork of the Marine Corps and bring it to the civilian fitness world. Their aim is to create an environment where people can exercise, striving at personal success but achieving it through group empowerment. Together in 2012, Jose and Lou opened a facility in Bloomfield, NJ which quickly gained popularity in the area. With membership quickly growing above the 100's, Jose and Lou sought out a bigger location in which to bring the NJ HIIT philosophy and established their current location in North Arlington.
