    The theme of this international conference is "Business Strategies for the Next Decades."

    The topics that will be discussed at the conference are Infrastructure Management, Rural Management, Relationship Management, Fair Play in Business, Small Business & Entrepreneurship, and Knowledge Management.

    The second International Conference on Management Practices & Research, ICMPR 2011 aims at reflecting on the strategic issues of the next decade in view of fast changing scenario in businesses, public policy, environment, climate change, energy needs, demographic changes, public health, lifestyles and consumerism, socio-cultural milieu, world politics, international trade, regional trade blocks, etc. Paradigms of doing business and the management practices in the next decade are bound to change. Perhaps, it is imperative to start looking at the future now so that we are well prepared for next stream of transformation across the world. It would be interesting to see on how the practicing managers and academics visualize the scenario in the next decade and how they wish to prepare for the future.
