  • (1888PressRelease) March 26, 2019 - Xillio today announced the launch of the Localization Hub at Gala Global conference in Munich. Localization Hub is a user-friendly and intuitive application that enables seamless integration between all content source systems and translation technologies. With the launch of the Localization Hub, Xillio offers LSP’s, language departments and technology organizations a cost-effective solution to streamline processes and gain a competitive advantage in the industry.

The technology landscape for the localization industry is highly fragmented with various types of toolsets, such as Translation Management Systems, Computer Assisted Translation tools and Machine Translation, working independently and used for a specific purpose in the translation process. On the other side of the spectrum, there are numerous content source systems, such as Enterprise and Web Content Management, Version Control and Collaboration. This fragmented technology landscape makes it extremely difficult to provide an easy and streamlined end-to-end experience for translation. Frequently LSPs end up with an endless amount of tools, because their clients request a different TMS and have different content sources for their projects. Xillio’s Localization Hub eliminates the need to build custom solutions each time and provides the flexibility to use the tools you want.

Localization Hub currently supports 22 content source systems and integrates with the main translation management tools. The list of both connectors and integrations will keep growing.

“It’s time to break free from all the one-to-one integrations and think differently about connectivity,” said Rikkert Engels, CEO of Xillio. “We have built the Localization Hub with a sole purpose to streamline integrations and upgrade the translation workflow to the current time. We are purely a hub, we are not providing translations or other translation tools. This means we offer an independent solution that for sure benefits everyone in the translation industry.”

Xillio launches the new Localization Hub at Gala Munich, 24 – 27 March 2019. Feel free to join at our booth #19.
