TVS Bowling Network has started up by showcasing the classic Championship Bowling series from Walter Schwimmer that pioneered bowling on television in the early 1950's. The series lasted for almost two decades and featured the top bowlers of the era. Championship Bowling was credited with helping to get the PBA established by then sports agent Eddie Elias with the bowlers who were being made famous by their appearances on Championship Bowling.
