Meet Akira Takarada! In Godzilla: King of the Monsters being released in 2019, Godzilla collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three headed King Ghidorah. Akira Takarada was there the first time Godzilla appeared on screen in the 1954, along with the 1956 film with Raymond Burr.

In fact, Mr. Takarada has starred in many Godzilla movies, and is one of the most recognizable people associated with Godzilla. He'll be making his only US appearance in 2018 at the NorthEast Comic Con & Collectibles Extravaganza, this Thanksgiving 2018! VIP Passes to meet Akira Takarada the weekend of November 23-25, 2018 are available now, along with advance purchase tickets for the entire weekend!

Billy West will be joining the fun at the NorthEast Comic Con and Collectibles Extravaganza, November 23-25, 2018! He will be appearing to sign autographs, do photo ops, and have fun with fans all weekend! He'll also be hosting the Northeast ComicsCon Comedy show!

Billy is best known for his voice actor work, but his career in radio and television began in the 1980's when he did comedic impersonations for Charles Laquidara's Big Mattress morning show on Boston's WBCN FM radio network. By the mid-90's, he had moved on to doing impersonations of Cincinnati Reds owner Marge Schott on The Howard Stern Show, giving him greater exposure.

From there, West became involved with the Nickelodeon shows Doug, and Ren & Stimpy. Portraying the title characters on both shows, Billy West saw his voiceover work reach an even larger, yet younger audience.

This led to Warner Bros. hiring him for the film Space Jam in 1996, over 20 years ago! The film featured Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan, and the cast of Looney Tunes. Billy West voiced both Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd, two characters whom he sporadically voiced throughout the next decade.

He is also very well known for his portrayal of Philip J. Fry, Zapp Branigan, Professor Fanrsworth, Zoidberg, and others on Futurama, which began in 1999. His work on Futurama has continued on through a number of changes, and currently airs on Comedy Central. In addition to these other credits, he is also the voice of the iconic Red M&M.

Jerome St. John Blake is an English musician, producer, and actor. He's played parts in some of the biggest movies of our generation, but because most of his roles are in a masked costume (or include voice-over work) you may not recognize him. He began his acting career as one of the knights guarding Sean Connery's King Arthur in the film First Knight in 1995. After playing a succession of roles, including Mondoshawan in The Fifth Element, creature effects supremo Nick Dudman called him to say: "I'm doing Star Wars now". After Jerome congratulated him, Nick simply said "Do you want to be in it?"

Jerome St. John Blake was a Star Wars fan since he saw the first movie, Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, on its opening day back in 1977. It was a no brainer – he immediately said yes. A year later he had seven different character roles in Episode 1: The Phantom Menace. He reprised several of those roles in Episode 2: Attack of the Clones, and Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith, where he received a "special thanks to" credit.

Since his roles in Star Wars, he's appeared in films such as The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, as well as television, and voice-over roles in video games.

World-renowned illustrator, author, comic strip artist, and songwriter Guy Gilchrist returns with the NorthEast Comic Con to the Boxboro Regency Hotel this November 2018. Best known as Jim Henson's cartoonist, he created the "Muppets" comic strip, featured in over 660 newspapers daily from 1981 to 1986, and was instrumental in Henson's "Fraggle Rock", and the creation of "The Muppet Babies."

For 22 years (1995-2017), Guy Gilchrist handled the long-running comic strip "Nancy," a comic strip originally introduced to the public in 1938 by celebrated illustrator Ernie Bushmiller. Gilchrist returned the strip to the simple, impactful illustration style introduced by Bushmiller. Like its creator, Gilchrist would also often inject subtle, yet meaningful, sub-themes in the panel's background. Reflective of Gilchrist's love for music and life in Music City, characters were often drawn wearing concert T-shirts or listening to music - Aunt Fritzi was portrayed as a music critic - and occasionally, artists were drawn in cartoon form or given a personal shout out. In 2013, Gilchrist proudly identified Three Rocks (the fictional home of Nancy) as a small suburb located on the outskirts of Nashville, forever cementing the strip with the iconic "it" city.

Guy Gilchrist has also set his hand to beloved, high-profile cartoons such as "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," "Looney Tunes," "Tom & Jerry," "Tiny Toons," "The Pink Panther," "Minnie Mouse," and others.

Joe St.Pierre began his comic book career at Valiant Comics, as penciler of RAI, and co-creator of Secret Weapons. He has also worked as a writer and artist for Marvel, DC (Aquaman, Green Lantern), Image (Megahurtz), IDW (Transformers), Boom (Power Rangers) and Dynamite.

Joe has the distinction of penciling the most #1 issues featuring SPIDER-MAN and/or the Spider-Man family.

Joe St.Pierre also works in the fields of commercial illustration, intellectual property design and storyboards for Animation and Video Games. Clients have included MTV, Capstone, Discovery Channel, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros. Animation, Cartoon Network, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, PBS, The Amazing Kreskin and Activision. Most recently, he's been working on a graphic novel series featuring the famed aquanaut Fabien Cousteau, to be published by Simon & Schuster in March 2019.

The NorthEast ComicCon & Collectibles Extravaganza welcomes artist and writer Dan Parent to Boxboro MA this November 23-25, 2018. Dan is best known for his work for Archie Comics. A graduate of The Kubert School, Parent began working for Archie immediately after graduation. His writing of the Love Showdown series in 1994 received widespread attention. Parent has illustrated a wide variety of titles, including Felix the Cat, Barbie, Disney Adventures, and more.

In fact, Dan Parent introduced the first openly gay character in Archie Comics, when he created Kevin Keller in Veronica #202, which he both wrote and drew. He recieved the GLAAD Media Award for Outsanding Comic Book in 2013, and was nominated for a 2013 for a Special Award in Humor in Comics for the Harvey Awards.

You're probably familiar with the (incredibly long, and hilarious) movie series Sharknado – Dan Parent actually illustrated the comic Archie vs. Sharknado, a tie-in to Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! He's also illustrated the crossover Archie Meets Batman, where the Caped Crusader of Gotham City heads to Riverdale, when Mr. Lodge becomes the Bright Knight's latest enemy.
