    This year's Candace honorees are:

    - Commissioner Barbara Jordan - for her many years of service to the community in Miami-Dade County
    - Fanm Ayisyen Nan Miyami (FANM) - Haitian Women of Miami for their work surrounding the relief efforts during the Haitian earthquake crisis

A portion of the proceeds will go towards maintaining assistance to families affected by the 2010 Haitian earthquake.
