  • (1888PressRelease) June 23, 2011 - Survival Strategies, Inc. a training and consulting firm out of Burbank, California recently launched The Acceleration & Stabilization Module, a training and implementation program designed to augment two of their most popular programs.

This new module incorporates the information and technology of Survival Strategies' proprietary Referral Increase Program and their Management Program into a fully computerized activity with a multitude of clinic-specific tools.

It consists of an initial five-day training workshop followed by three months of consulting to guide implementation of the systems. This program was specifically designed for Physical Therapists in Private Practice, however, due to its instant success, the program has also been customized for other clinic types such as Audiologists and Occupational Therapists.

The module includes detailed job descriptions for key positions in a practice such as Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, Patient Services Rep, etc. It also includes a host of invaluable tools such as:

    • Extensive statistical metrics
    • Budget Development Tool
    • Financial reports
    • Human Resources Manual
    • Incentive Plans
    • Performance appraisal forms
    • Referral Development documentation and strategies
    • Public Relations checklist
    • Administrative procedures and reference materials for Front Desk
    • And the list goes on...

The Acceleration & Stabilization Module was originally developed by one of Survival Strategies' long-term clients, Excel Physical Therapy. After having implemented all programs offered by Survival Strategies, the owners Jeff Ostrowski and Joe Ruhl took it a step further, codifying every job description, computerizing all of the tools and systems, so that every employee had access to the tools for their area(s) of responsibility.

Excel Physical Therapy then partnered with Survival Strategies, Inc. to export the program. The response was immediate with the first workshop filled to capacity. The first group of clients through the training completely raved about the program. Here's what a few had to say about their experience:

"I often felt like you put into words and systems exactly what we have been needing and wanting. We really needed help with driving business in and the training materials have totally revived us. I honestly believe this workshop will mark the turning point for Panetta Physical Therapy!! It will enable us to accomplish our new goals both financially and in excellence. I am confident that with these new tools/perspective, we will be able to grow in a stable, fun manner." - C.P., Owner, NY USA

"This was the best workshop I have been to. What stood out most was the detail and abundance of information that was given to us. It will help with expansion and having a more productive staff and company. It will be much easier for me to get new staff trained and producing much faster. Thank you!" - G.H., Owner, PA USA

"GREAT! INSPIRING! My experience was positive and helpful in giving me a better understanding of staff training and the tools of accountability incorporated throughout the PT practice system. The teaching and preparation was extremely well done and effective. Thanks for your hard work and support. You made the 5 days interesting, meaningful and engaging. The level of challenge and involvement was well balanced and well planned. The group was enjoyable to be with. GREAT TEAMWORK! HIGH ENERGY! EXCELLENT!" - M.C., Dir. of Operations, Indiana USA

The next Acceleration & Stabilization Module workshop is scheduled for early November 2011 and is already fully booked!
