  • San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) August 31, 2021 - Portland-based Urban Asset Advisors (UAA) has tapped Sunrise Management – which has specialized in the management of residential real estate since 1978 – to direct all leasing and day-to-day operations for three Portland area multifamily properties: Artisan Apartments, Abernethy Flats and Broadway Flats.

    Totaling 103 units, all three communities – owned by UAA – are newly upgraded and located in the downtown Portland area. Highlights include:

    Artisan Apartments, 3301 SE Division St. Portland – 54 beautifully appointed studio and one-bedroom apartments developed by UAA in 2020.
    Abernethy Flats, 2014 SE 11th Ave, Portland – 35 spacious and light filled studio and one-bedroom apartment homes developed by UAA in 2019.
    Broadway Flats, 2007 NE Broadway – Portland,14 studio and one- bedroom apartment homes built in 2013.
