Spring Openings Announced for Newest Tenants at Del Sur Town Center

  • San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) March 11, 2016 - Shea Properties recently announced a wave of grand openings at Del Sur Town Center taking place early this spring.

    Joining the growing line up of Del Sur Town Center tenants are, CürBar (an upscale nail salon), The Bike Shop (a bicycle sales, service and repair store), and Del Sur Ranch Dental, all celebrating grand openings on Saturday, April 9th. Burger Lounge (an American fast-casual, grass-fed burger concept) will open shortly thereafter.

    Named one of "San Diego's Next Hot Neighborhoods" by San Diego Magazine, Del Sur is a growing, contemporary community within walking distance of the Town Center's shops, restaurants and services.

    The specialty retail and dining development in Black Mountain Ranch currently includes a 143,000 square-foot Target that opened for business in late 2015. Additional tenants will be announced in the coming months.
