In its sixth year of participation with its dedicated booth and retail partners in the region, consumer and photography enthusiasts can look forward to a new and transformational digital experience and exciting promotions.

    Consumer demand for smartphones, tablets and other electronic devices continues to fuel strong global demand for NAND flash memory. To cater to this demand, SanDisk and Toshiba recently open Fab 5, the third 300mm wafer NAND flash memory fabrication facility in Japan. The new facility will start production of the 19nm (nanometer) technology, the world's smallest, most advanced process node.

    As part of its channel strategy, SanDisk provides assistance and training on all its products to retailers; salespeople are trained on up-selling and cross-selling techniques as a value addition to other electronics purchases on imaging, gaming and mobile. Furthermore, the channel partners are incentivized by planning promotions and give-aways.
