This time ProofHub discovers a new idea and comes with its new feature "Project Categorization". This feature makes project management more simpler. This feature allows you to categorize your projects, clients and also categorize your team into departments. It is ver easy to use and helps you to mange your projects effectively and efficiently.
With the help of ProofHub's new feature of categories, you can make categories for your projects and distribute projects in your desired categories, Suppose your team members are working on various projects for various clients, then you can make a category by clients name or projects name. You can give any name to your category like Client name, Design, Development, Pricing etc.
To use this feature you have to follow some steps which are as follows: firstly you have to go to the Setting tab in your ProofHub account then go to the Manage Categories tab then add new category and click save settings. After this go to the Projects, Topics & Proofing tab, here you can see the category which you had added. Now you will able to move any of your project into this category. To move your project, right click on the project and go to the Manage Project and Select Category and save your project there. So, ProofHub new feature makes project management very simple and fast and this will help you to increase the productivity of your team members and your organization also. With this feature you can change your dashboard's look and feel by categorizing your projects which will make dashboard more simple than earlier and makes it more smooth and easy.
