Oregon foodies will savor the four-course meal and cocktail pairing Wednesday December 14, 2011 5pm to 7pm.

    Drink Think has brought Novo Fogo Cachaça and Piscología pisco to the forefront in the Oregon market using a grassroots strategy and positive relationships with restaurants, bars, and bottle shops. Collaborating with Chef Ignacio, they put together this celebration of summer in South America. Kelly Kerbs, owner of Drink Think states, "We are very excited about the event next week.     Del INTI, meaning "of the sun" in Incan, is a new Peruvian-Northwest inspired restaurant highlighting the Northwest's seasonality with a Peruvian flair. Husband and wife owners, Ignacio and Erin del Solar have created a diverse menu to compliment the South American cocktails for this event. Their choices include trout roe paired with a Piscologia Pisco-tini and the Nikkei cocktail, with Novo Fogo Gold Cachaça, lima, aji panka gastrique, and bitters to compliment a pork belly dish. The cost is $20 for 4 courses of appetizers.
