    About Patricia B. Donkor
    Patricia B. Donkor is a trusted legal advisor to senior executives and an experienced trial attorney. She has tried over 100 bench and jury trials, including several multiple week-long discrimination and retaliation jury trials.

    Prior to joining Littler, she served as deputy general counsel in the General Counsel’s Office of a D.C. regulatory agency where she co-managed the legal operations of the agency's $60 million operating budget. In addition, she advised the human resources department on various employment inquiries and served as legal consultant to program administrators on regulatory enforcement, land use, zoning, and business licensing.

    Before that role, Patricia worked as assistant general counsel for the District of Columbia, Civil Litigation Division. There, she litigated complex civil lawsuits filed against the District of Columbia in state and federal court. Cases ranged from a wide array of employment law claims ranging from Title VII, ADA, and D.C. Human Rights Act. Patricia was responsible for cases from pre-trial, discovery, mediation, trial, and post-trial motions. Patricia received defense verdicts following dozens of dispositive motions in the District of Columbia U.S. District Court and the Superior Court for the District of Columbia.

    Patricia has over ten years of trial experience in both the civil and criminal arenas. She began her legal career as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Thomas J. Motley of the Superior Court for the District of Columbia.
