MyUS.com is a freight forwarding company that gives their customers a mailing address in Sarasota, Florida to which products may be shipped. They then ship those products overseas to the customer. Pricing is based on the amount of material being shipped and the customer's location. The company even has a Personal Shopper service to assist customers in working with US retailers.

"Several people have contacted me in the past, asking when I was going to start selling in the UK or Australia," said OldMaidCatLady.com founder Lynn Thompson. "I have followers on Twitter and Facebook in both those countries. So I was thrilled to be able to set up this option for international customers who have the same problems US customers have in finding products for their cats."

Thompson explains that one of her reasons for founding the Old Maid Cat Lady site in 2010 was that she had difficulty locating products she wanted for her own cats. "All the pet supply stores would have a huge amount of items for dogs, but very little for cats. I knew there had to be companies out there making those products, as well as other cat people who shared my frustration of never being able to find them in the dog-centric pet supply world."
