NS8 Appoints New Non-Executive Director
Mr. Jain is moving to NS8 from a global pharmaceutical company.
- (1888PressRelease) February 11, 2011 - NS8 today announced that the Sohan Jain is to join the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 February 2011. He will also become a member of the Board's Audit Committee.
Mr. Jain is moving to NS8 from a global pharmaceutical company. He previously worked as a financial consultant for several leading private equity firms focusing on the healthcare industry. He has worked in many aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, starting as a research associate after his graduation from the University of Mumbai; he quickly progressed up the corporate ladder at his R&D facility to project then department manager. After nearly a decade of laboratory experience, Mr. Jain moved to consulting for various companies, largely involved in the production of generic medicines. He is known industry-wide for his ability to maximize production efficiency.
Sohan Jain will become a Non-Executive Director of NS8 on 1 February 2011.
