The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) of the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI) is an internationally recognized standard for assessing software development practices. Nagarro's appraisal for Maturity Level 4 was conducted by a 12-member team led by a High Maturity Lead Appraiser (HMLA) from KPMG over a period of nine days in February 2011.
As a company appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 4, Nagarro has demonstrated that it can successfully guide process improvement across projects, divisions, or an entire organization. Nagarro's appraisal also verifies the company's ability to integrate traditionally separate organizational functions, set process improvement goals and priorities, provide guidance for quality processes, and provide a point of reference for appraising current processes.
Nagarro is currently working toward being appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 5, the uppermost maturity level offered within the current appraisal system.
