    Users of Clientele ITSM can now utilize a new Microsoft Exchange Synchronization agent which allows you to synchronize appointments between Exchange calendars and ITSM. This synchronization will help users not just to synchronize stand alone appointments but also recurring appointments, all day events and private appointments to ensure planning is done based upon an up to date view of the calendar. This synchronization is two-way so updates can be done in either Clientele ITSM or MS Exchange.

    This release also makes Clientele ITSM now compatible with the new wave of Microsoft products including:

    * Microsoft Windows 8

    * Microsoft Windows 2012 Server

    * Microsoft SQL Server 2012

    * Microsoft Office 2013

    * Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2013 and

    * Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013

    Several enhancements were also added to address customer requests even further refining the updates in this release.
