Award recipients were honored at an Aug. 25 event at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Durham, N.C. Dubis has been recognized as one of the state's top business litigators, as well as an advocate for numerous nonprofits throughout the community. She is an active member of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, serving on both the communications and education committees. Dubis also serves as pro bono general counsel for Alliance of AIDS Services-Carolina, Chairman of the Board of Directors for Carolina Ballet, Inc. and on several committees of the North Carolina and Wake County Bar Associations.
