  • Dallas, TX (1888PressRelease) July 01, 2015 - Mecca Design and Production, a boutique scenic element and services design/build group, working with Encompass Media Group of New York, created a giant, interactive ViewFinder that will travel across the country and invite visitors to discover in 3D the fun world of Panama City Beach, Florida. Visitors can explore 3D images of Panama City Beach and discover some memory-making views as they advance the photos on this red giant ViewFinder, a la, View-Master®. The giant ViewFinder on wheels is waterproof and sports a 55" monitor to share the fun of Panama City Beach with two ways to view photos: push the traditional lever on the side or push a special button on the front to advance the frames. The activation is set up in Klyde Warren Park, and folks can register to win a trip and look through the giant ViewFinder. This interactive viewing kiosk starts its month-long tour with its first stop at Klyde Warren Park in Dallas, Texas (June 26th - 28th,) then heads to Waterfront Park in Louisville, Kentucky (July 2nd - 4th,) next to Centennial Park in Atlanta, Georgia (July 11th - 12th,) then on to Riverchase Mall in Birmingham, Alabama (July 18th - 19th,) and on to the Nashville Zoo in Nashville, Tennessee (July 24th - 26th,) and makes it to its final destination, Panama Beach. Although you can't hold this ViewFinder in your hand and hold it up to your face and advance the images, you can discover a whole new world of fun in Panama City Beach in 3D.

According to Mecca Design and Production's Kenneth Mecca, "We had a blast creating this giant red ViewFinder that gives people the chance to advance images on their own and experience 3D images in a nostalgic way."
