  • (1888PressRelease) June 15, 2011 - Paris - Manuel Peyrondet began his career with Eric Beaumard at the George V, then worked seven years at Taillevent alongside Jean-Claude Vrinat, moving up from commis to head sommelier. From here, Manuel joined the staff at the Bristol, where he mastered wine cellar management.

    In May 2010, Manuel Peyrondet accepted the position as head sommelier at Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, a leading luxury hotel Paris (http://www.raffles.com/paris), with the job of entirely re-creating the hotel's wine list.

    His extensive list of affordable wines was met with immediate acclaim.
