In this role, Alele will be instrumental in offering strategic advice to clients facing the challenges of discovery and regulatory issues, as well as grow the company through leveraging her industry expertise and relationships.

    Prior to joining e-Stet, Alele was the Vice President at IMEF International Petroleum, a privately held oil and gas trading and investment company, where she managed the company's operations and consulted on national and regional regulatory issues, tribal concerns, e-discovery and data management strategies.

    Before that position, Alele was the firm-wide Manager of Practice Support at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where she was a founding member of the Electronic Discovery Task Force. She spearheaded and managed multi-million dollar e-discovery projects for many of the firm's high profile clients and she consulted with internal and external clients on e-discovery best practices, practical cost-cutting measures throughout the e-discovery lifecycle, and leveraged technologies across multiple law offices.

    Alele is well known for her many presentations at trade conferences on document management strategies and vendor relations. She was a member of Law Technology News (LTN) Editorial Advisory Board and has served on the client advisory panel of several industry organizations.

    Alele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from California State University, Los Angeles. She will be based in the company's Los Angeles office.
