    Liberty is an associate in Moses & Singer's Intellectual Property practice group. His practice covers a broad variety of technology matters, including enterprise software development and licensing, cybersecurity and privacy law compliance, product rollouts, intellectual property protection and venture financing.     Liberty received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School with a full merit scholarship where he focused on intellectual property and graduated cum laude. He received his B.A. as a triple major in math, physics and philosophy at Wesleyan University, graduating with honors. Liberty is also an active coder, now working primarily in Javascript (Node).
