Such a fast pace evolution of the industry has brought numerous management challenges for the leadership development and sustaining high performance teams.

    Following the great success of Madinah Institute of Leadership & Entrepreneurship - MILE's recently held management programs for advanced leadership and good governance, MILE is now launching yet another unique executive leadership development program for High Performance Telecom (HPT), a telecom training program designed for senior executives of telecom industry. The event is under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Majed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    The HPT program is sponsored by the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA), The Savola Group and by the Madinah Knowledge Economic City, The program has been launched in collaboration with the"Saudi Telecom STC and AOTMP, and is going to be held at Oberoi Hotel in Madinah between 2nd to 8th of March 2012.

    MILE programs are governed by the Global Academic Advisory Council which carefully selects world-class speakers, top quality content, and live regional case studies to make it a unique platform for executive development. In this telecom training program, HPT participants will have the opportunity to fully recognize the major strategic challenges confronting their businesses, amid profound and irreversible change. In addition to that HPT program is specifically designed to meet the needs of senior executives from telecommunication industry by covering four modules: strategy, operation, growth and risk.

    The Madinah Institute of Leadership & Entrepreneurship (MILE) introduced various programs for leadership development to deliver strategic visioning. A program on High Performance Governments (HPG) was held in September, 2011. The program successfully attracted senior public servants from across the globe, who learned and shared the latest concepts on strategy deployments within governments, focusing on leadership development in public administration.
    Program for Advanced Leadership and Management (PALM 3) was also held in the month of October 2011; this program successfully reached its goals in conducting various Leadership Assessments and executive education sessions for senior executives who participated with great zeal and enthusiasm.
