    "A New Perspective" event series will highlight both local and international artists, for an interactive experience exploring a cultural specialty and will allow guests to gather new insights and stimulate dialogue. The series will feature contemporary artists, art fair partners, and other local creatives to bring the arts to life for Le Méridien guests and the local community.

    "A New Perspective" event with Luca Capuano, a professional Italian photographer and a professor at Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche Urbino took place on 18th June 2011 at Le Méridien Bangkok. Luca Capuano discussed a new perspective on photography and how Italian culture + contemporary historical architectures inspired his work of architectural and artistic photography.

    Luca Capuano is a professional photographer, specialized in architectural photography. He has worked on many projects for the documentation and interpretative analysis of contemporary and historical architecture for publishing houses, museums, foundations, public organizations and private clients. His photographs have been published in leading National and International magazines of the sector. He teaches history and language of photography at Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche Urbino.
