What's driving the surge in leasing activity, and does the general economic recovery finally have legs? On Monday, June 20, 2011, NAIOP New Jersey, the commercial real estate development association, will address those questions and more with the Mid-Year Economic Roundup at the association's scheduled chapter meeting.

    Speakers at the event, slated for Mayfair Farms in West Orange, N.J., include Dennis Donovan, a noted corporate site location specialist who is principal and owner of WDG Consulting, and who is high on New Jersey as a business location. Also on the program are Thomas Geisel, president and CEO of Sun National Bank, whose company is among those driving economic development in New Jersey; and Reginald Ross, director of forecasting for Jones Lang LaSalle, who will discuss New Jersey's ongoing prospects. Richard Marchisio of Lee & Associates will serve as discussion leader.
