Harbinger Systems Named Among 2012 Global Services Top 100 Outsourcing Service Providers
Harbinger Systems, a global company providing software technology services, today announced that it has been ranked among Top 100 global outsourcing companies in the recently published ranking by Global Services Media and NeoGroup.
