Susan Suo is appointed Director of Human Resources at Grand Mercure Hongqiao Shanghai, effective immediately.
- (1888PressRelease) February 29, 2012 - Shanghai - Susan Suo is appointed Director of Human Resources at Grand Mercure Hongqiao Shanghai, effective immediately. General Manager, Gilbert Mennetret announced today.
Ms. Suo will assume responsibility of the entire Human Resources operation, training, recruitment, as well as an emphasis on employee welfare that supports Accor's five core values in her new role.
As a seasoned Human Resources professional, Ms. Suo brings in more than 15 years of experience in the field. She has worked as Director of Human Resources in a number of International hotel groups including IHG, Meritus, Wyndham, and Accor. A graduate of Shanghai Normal University, Suo also refines her skills with several highly regarded credentials in Human Resources management. She is certified Senior Professional in Human Resources by the American Certification Institute, Certified Human Resource Executive by AHLA, and also an Accor certified trainer.
