GEMS Education UAE & City & Guilds Join Forces to Empower 50,000 Pakistani Youth

GEMS Pathway Pakistan has partnered with City & Guilds and GEMS Education UAE to deliver 50,000 international vocational certifications across Pakistan. Supported by federal ministries and recognized by NAVTTC and IBCC, this initiative aims to revolutionize skill development and global employability for Pakistani youth.
- (1888PressRelease) May 23, 2025 - Islamabad, Pakistan – In a landmark advancement for Pakistan’s educational landscape, GEMS Education UAE and City & Guilds have formalized a strategic partnership to deliver 50,000 internationally recognized vocational certifications to Pakistani youth. The initiative is spearheaded by GEMS Pathway Pakistan, the official representative of City & Guilds in the country.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in the presence of Madam Wajiha Qamar, Federal Minister of State for the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, who called the collaboration a transformative step toward globally competitive skills for Pakistan’s youth.
GEMS Pathway Pakistan, a subsidiary of GEMS Middle East Holding UAE, is leading this initiative in partnership with universities, colleges, and technical institutes across the country. With over 35 accredited centers, it aligns with national frameworks and is recognized by NAVTTC, IBCC, and other federal agencies.
