Finbar Gallagher has 25 years of experience in manufacturing systems design, improvement, analysis and large-scale transformational change initiatives. Finbar founded Fraysen Systems based on two fundamental principles. The first: the right architectural approach helps organizations plan ahead for future competitiveness and solve urgent problems right now.
