The Enventure team has years of experience in product design like PCB and FPGA, component engineering and component obsolescence management. They have tailor made various products for many major companies for a wealth of unique solutions with immense success.
The client was facing a major component obsolescence issue and was on the verge of discontinuation of the product, as the producer of the component declared it obsolete and stopped supply with very little advance notice. As every component plays a vital role in making a product, in product discontinuity seemed an immediate risk for the Client and the issue had to be resolved very quickly. At this point, the Client decided to contact Enventure for assistance. With their expertise in component obsolescence management and product redesign, Enventure provided a turnkey solution to the client, which involved replacing the obsolete and high risk parts with active multisourced parts, and redesigning the board to quit the new components.
The redesigned product was prototyped, tested and analyzed, to confirm that the new variant conformed to all the product's functional specifications. The Client was very satisfied with the end result, since they managed to resolve a critical issue, with minimal involvement of internal resources. Plus the product supply continued unaffected by this crisis.
