  • Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) December 03, 2012 - Endeavor is proud to announce that its CEO, Justin R. McLain, has been named a 2012 Top 25 Entrepreneur by Business to Business magazine and their accounting partner, Gifford Hillegass & Ingwersen, LLP (GH&I). Selection was based on Endeavor's profitability, growth, and sustainability, as well McLain's entrepreneurship, leadership, and community development.

The Top 25 Entrepreneurs received their awards on November 8th at an energetic dinner ceremony held in Atlanta at Twelve Hotel in Atlantic Station. It was a special evening for the individual entrepreneurs being honored, as well as a celebration of the strength and vitality of the entire Atlanta entrepreneurial community. There were 25 Top Entrepreneurs honored, in addition to 4 Ones-to-Watch honorees, making for 29 awards in total. The Top 25 Entrepreneurs were presented in rank order, culminating in the introduction of the 2012 Top Entrepreneurs to conclude the evening. Justin Redfearn McLain, Endeavor's CEO, was recognized as #7 on the Top 25 Entrepreneurs list.

Since the inception of Endeavor in 2002, McLain has expended intense financial and personal investment in order to grow the company into the leading provider of outsourced professional services for IT/Telecom service providers across North America. Endeavor, McLain's second venture, was one of the largest private equity deals in 2010 for an Atlanta technology company when recapitalized by Trivest Partners. Endeavor has grown by 35% and 46% in the two years since then. Endeavor's success can be attributed to McLain's innovative approach in leveraging technology and a creative cost structure in building a 9,000+ person services organization. In the same vein as a factory production line, Endeavor offers customers unrivaled flexibility and scalability, as the organization is capable of installing or servicing any communications system exactly to customer specifications anywhere in North America. McLain was chosen as a Top 25 Entrepreneur not only for the Endeavor's inventive business model, but also for the company's exponential growth and McLain's dedication to philanthropic efforts, education, and entrepreneurial development.

"It is truly an honor to be recognized among such an impressive group of entrepreneurs and civic leaders," says Justin McLain. "Really though, this reward is a reflection of the dedicated, hard-working team of individuals I have the pleasure of working with every day at Endeavor."

The 2012 Top 25 Entrepreneurs will also be profiled in the November/ December issue of Business to Business magazine. In addition to Business to Business magazine's accounting partner GH&I, who also served as the presenting sponsor for the event, the law firm of Barnes & Thornburg LLP and Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) Atlanta were gold sponsors for the awards dinner.
