  • (1888PressRelease) July 08, 2011 - Bangalore, India: Eka Software Solutions, the leading provider of multi-commodity trading and risk management Software Company, announced today the appointment of Amir Kazmi as the Vice President and Global Head of SaaS and Strategic Initiatives. Based out of London, Amir will lead the company's foray in the Software as a Services (SaaS) market. This is the first of many key initiatives that Eka will be launching over the next 18 months under Amir's leadership.

    Prior to joining Eka, Amir held the position of Senior Vice-President Global Operations at Aspect Enterprise Solutions for six years, where he helped build the SaaS business in CTRM and market data. He comes to Eka with over 25 years of software industry experience, having worked in senior management roles in companies such as i2 Technologies, Aspect Development, Oracle, PwC and Ernst & Young. Amir holds a degree from the London School of Economics in Economics, Accounting and Finance, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
