Dog Days of Summer 2011 Photo Event Supports CHA Animal Shelter
Columbus photographer helps to raise funds for shelter's emergency medical fund for pets in need.
- Columbus, OH (1888PressRelease) May 05, 2011 - One of Columbus' premier pet photographers, Danielle Neil, is gearing up for a special photo event that benefits CHA Animal Shelter by raising funds to support its Emergency Medical Fund.
CHA provides a safe, temporary shelter and care for abandoned or homeless dogs and cats. The Emergency Medical Fund is financed solely by donations and is used to save lives, provide necessary medical care and improve the quality of life for animals that might otherwise have no hope.
Everyone is invited to schedule their furry family member for the June 11th event in Gahanna. For a $30 donation, participants will receive a 20-minute dog portrait session and one digital image of their choice. These sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance. CHA Animal Shelter is a 501(c)(3) that has been helping homeless animals since 1975. Located at 3765 Corporate Drive in Columbus (near the intersection of Westerville Road and Dublin-Granville Road), the shelter is open for adoptions Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1-4 p.m. The shelter is closed on Wednesdays.
