DesignO 2.8 also expands configurable product capabilities. 3D Preview now supports material options for product layers, allowing customers to visualize their selections before ordering. Variable Page Sizes enable a single product to contain panels with different dimensions - making display booths, exhibition setups, canopies, and mixed-format print products sellable as one item. ICC Profile Management allows admins to centrally manage color profiles and embed them into print-ready PDF output, giving professional and trade printers greater control over color consistency.

The update further introduces Design Studio Action Configuration, which gives admins per-setup control over customer-facing actions including cart visibility, pricing display, and download options. This allows a single DesignO installation to power both a public storefront and a corporate brand portal with entirely different experiences. The AI Design Suite now includes 12 capabilities, adding Image Vectorization, AI Eraser, and Outline Generation to the existing set of tools.
