Delegation of Red Lion Alliance Sought Opportunities in Hengyang
The delegation of Red Lion Alliance attended a round-table meeting in Hengyang to discuss education cooperation with more than a dozen local vocation colleges on 26 October 2017, including Huatai Vocational School, Xiaoxiang Vocational College, HengYang Railway Transport Vocational School, Creative Design and Information Engineering Vocational School and many other more. Many different opinions were shared during the pluralistic meeting.

Spanning across the Xiangjiang river, the city is one of the important transportation hubs in Huan Province and central and south China. As of 2016, the total number of permanent residents in the city was 733.75 million, ranking the 2nd Hunan Province. It is also an important industrial city in central and south China and one of the pilot demonstration cities for "made in China 2025" pilot project. The total GDP of the region reached 285.302 billion yuan in 2016.

The alliance aims to explore the cooperation opportunities with the local vocational colleges and the city to jointly provide international vocational education with diversity.
