("DDS" or "the Company") announces today that its Digital Dispatch Systems and StrataGen business units have collectively signed $800,000 in new contracts including a new customer win featuring both dispatch and "back-seat" passenger interfaces.

    Digital Dispatch Systems' contract with Mr. Taxi of Lexington, Kentucky employs DDS' PathFinder™ dispatch system, top-of-the-range Vector 9000™ mobile data terminals ("MDTs") in the driver zone and an integrated DDS solution for advertising and self-service payment in the rear seat passenger zone.

    Digital Dispatch Systems signed a second contract with Milwaukee Yellow to upgrade the customer to the Company's latest generation technologies. Milwaukee Yellow has successfully utilized DDS technologies for over ten years to create competitive advantage in its market, and with this latest order Milwaukee Yellow joins a long list of DDS customers currently upgrading their taxi fleets to the most advanced dispatching solution in North America.

    Finally, StrataGen Systems was awarded a contract with a mid-size transit authority in Southern New Jersey. The deal also features an upgrade to the latest version of DDS Wireless' Vector 9000™ series MDTs, along with integration services, connectivity to public data networks, and five years of support and maintenance.
