    A construction professional with more than ten years of experience, both hands-on in the field as a journeyman sheet metal worker and as an M/E/P engineer and a Lean Coordinator, Kimberley designs and executes continuous improvement plans to optimize quality and efficiency.

    Kimberley's background includes Lean planning of significant healthcare projects, such as the 600,000 sq. ft. MaineGeneral Medical Center in Augusta, Maine and several projects at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, where she taught Lean principles to the entire team.

    Kimberley holds a Master of Integrated Design and Construction degree from Auburn University, Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management degree from Ferris State University, Michigan.
