Consigli Construction Ranks in Top "Best Places to Work in Connecticut"
Construction Management Firm Selected for Third Consecutive Year.

The honor recognizes Consigli's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture. Consigli was ranked at #3 in the large-firm category and was one of 35 companies recognized for going well beyond the bottom line to create unique work environments that are welcoming to their employees and families.

Employees from public or privately-held companies across the state completed a two-part independent survey administered by Best Companies Group addressing such factors as company policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics and employee experience. This comprehensive assessment allowed workplace experts to perform an in-depth analysis of each company's strengths and weaknesses and ultimately determine which companies deserved to make the list. Seventeen large companies and 18 small to mid-sized companies were selected.
