Michaud, who began working for her company in 2008 as a media supervisor, has since been promoted and now oversees her department as a supervisor, taking advantage of every opportunity to grow and evolve as a leader in her field.
In her current role working in the merchandising department, Michaud oversees the trucks, product processing, warehouse standards, theft and merchandising. With a specialty in video games, she excels in standards of operating procedure and product awareness. She makes sure that all merchandise is properly displayed based on weekly advertisements, ensures pricing accuracy, does ordering, training and manages the department when necessary.
"My hard work methods and prioritizing shines above all," Michaud said about her skill set. "I am very organized and make sure I learn how to do my job responsibilities the correct way so I have a more productive environment."
Aspiring to move up in the company by proving her leadership skills, Michaud knows that her hard work and dedication will be recognized and pay off in the future. With an ultimate goal of getting a master's degree in business marketing, she plans to work hard at her goals.
Michaud holds a certification from the New York Film Academy. She's received a Who's Who Award for Television Production in 2006 and recently earned an Employee of the Month Award through her current company. When she's not busy working, Tamara enjoys watching movies, reading and doing arts and crafts.
