    Robert Gold, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Columbia University, and an MBA and Juris Doctorate, both from Cornell University, began practicing law over forty years ago.

    Focusing on the trial of civil and criminal cases, complex commercial litigation and internal and government agency investigations, Gold represents individuals and businesses in both the US and abroad. In his earlier years, he served as an assistant US attorney in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, where he was a member of the Official Corruption and Securities Fraud Units. He was also a member of Shea & Gould, Gold & Wachtel, McDermott, Will & Emery, and DLA Piper. Gold has also been principal in private equity firms, specializing in crisis management, liquidations, and turnarounds, and as a managing general partner for various investment partnerships.

    Gold is a member of the American Bar Association, The Economics Club of New York, Federal Bar Council, New York Council of Defense Lawyers, International Bar Association, and the Turnaround Management Association.
