Tassone, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from West Virginia University, began working in his field right after graduation in 1994.
As a director of contracting for his company, Tassone negotiates healthcare agreements and post-execution contract administration with managed care providers and physicians, including profitability analysis, revenue management, reimbursement review, and compliance regulatory and statutory law. His ability to connect with, listen and relate to clients' needs play an important role each day, while communicating value of his company's service negotiating. He also noted how crucial it is to accept high pressure internal and external business challenges and thriving under pressure.
Contributing his legal and compliance background to his expertise, Tassone aspires to become a vice-president and chief healthcare contract negotiator for his organization. "My hopes are to directly contribute to enterprise revenue and profit margins while bringing value to our clients," he explained, "gain-gain strategy."
A member of the American Clinical Labor Association, Tassone is currently pursuing a master's degree in business administration from (specify school name here).
