Biltmore Who's Who Selects Chandra Huggins as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

- Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, FL (1888PressRelease) July 27, 2010 - Chandra Huggins, Account Executive for Soft Computer Company, has been selected as an Honored Member of the Biltmore Who's Who Executive and Professional Registry. The selection recognizes Chandra Huggin's commitment to excellence in Information Technology.
Huggins, who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, followed by a Master of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Services from Michigan University, has spent the past fifteen years in the field, with the last eight-in-a-half in the laboratory information system field.
As an account executive for her company, Huggins carries a number of responsibilities. She contacts her clients on a regular basis in regards to new projects, future planning, unresolved client issues, any changes in administration, and coordinates conference calls. She plays a vital role in following up on any unresolved issues related to emergency type tasks that would require database intervention. She also deals with the escalation of client issues, assists with scheduling of client training, monitors client satisfaction, and provides status updates to clients and management as required.
Always inspired to want to do better in her field, Huggins credits her ability to combine her technical knowledge with her administrative skills as a huge benefit to her. She hopes to soon start working on her PhD so that she can oversee projects or programs, and possibly get into hospital or clinic administration.
Huggins is a member of Beta Sigma Phi and is an active alumni of her college sorority, Phi Beta Chi. She has held national executive office of colony development and currently serves in the educational office. She is also a member of Sigma Iota Epsilon Honorary Business Fraternity, Phi Lambda Upsilon Honorary Chemistry Society and is a lifetime member of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln alumni where she participates by reaching out to potential and already-enrolled students with "postcards of pride". She has given several presentations at a technical LIS client conference and has received an Above and Beyond Award during her time in technical support at Soft Computer Company. In her spare time, Chandra enjoys volunteering with Beta Sigma Phi and also in her local community. She also enjoys scuba diving, snorkeling and playing softball.
