An Anti-social Networking Photo Sharing App
Cityexplora Hong Kong Limited is launching a new app Showoff for Android smartphones.
- (1888PressRelease) September 19, 2013 - Showoff is an anti-social networking photo sharing app that requires the user to upload a photo in exchange for another photo from random users around the globe.
The user can then "like" or "dislike" the received photo and each photo will be given a score.
As suggested by the name, Showoff is designed to encourage people to show off or share special moments anonymously rather than Facebook's or Instagram's braggy approaches.
Founder, Antonio da Silva said, "We are hearing more and more people turning away from social networking due to privacy concerns and worrying their online behaviors being exploited for commercial usage, so we believe anti-social networking and anonymity are trending up."
